It is a happy day in Yorkie land! Two Yorkies reunited with their family. Finally. The two were stolen in early February from the yard of a Felton-area family. The mother, Cathy Frey, told The New York Dispatch, “We’re just very happy to have them back, safe with us, where they belong.”

The dogs were taken from the family’s yard while the family was watching television. Good thing a couple from West Manchester found the dogs, Chance and Charlie, wandering, took them in, and called the York County Treasurer’s office.

The reunion was tearful and joyous. “He just let out a sigh,” Frey said about cuddling Chance after finding him. “It’s like they were glad it was over with.”

Welcome home, Chance and Charlie.
